Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Brown Elegance. be sure to read the policy before booking. BOOKING To secure a date and time, a $15 deposit is required and due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. If you have questions about a service, please reach out before booking. PAYMENTS All remaining payments are due on the day of the appointment at the end of the service. All payments must be paid in exact cash. Please note: No change on hand. RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION In the event you have an emergency and need to reschedule, please do so 24-48 hours in advance. I understand life and unexpected events happen, so please be sure to communicate with me in advance. If you no call no show, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee. After the second no call no show you will be blacklisted from booking with Brown Elegance again. Time is valuable. It's important to be respectful of our time, we will respect yours. You are given a 10-minute late arrival window. After 10 minutes, there will be an extra $15 fee. Once 15 minutes have passed, you will be marked as a no-show and the appointment will be canceled. Same Day Scheduling Policy When scheduling a same day appointment, an additional $25 fee is required. Please note: Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email or text message confirming that your appointment has been booked. ADDITIONAL POLICIES No extra guests. Please come with a clean, bare face.
